Haftungsausschluß
1. Haftungsausschluss Inseltouren
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin der Inseltour verzichtet mit Antritt der Fahrt auf jegliche
Haftungsansprüche gegenüber dem Veranstalter bei Verlust oder Beschädigung von
Wertgegenständen sowie bei Personenschäden, die nicht auf ein grob fahrlässiges bzw.
vorsätzliches Handeln des Fahrzeugführers zurückzuführen sind.
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin befreit den Veranstalter, den Fahrzeugführer und alle weiteren
beteiligten Personen von jeglicher Haftung (Haftungsfreistellungserklärung) und verzichtet auf die
Möglichkeit einer zivilrechtlichen und strafrechtlichen Auseinandersetzung
(Klageverzichtserklärung). Die Teilnahme erfolgt ausschließlich auf eigene Gefahr. Dies beinhaltet
auch das Baden im Meer und die Teilnahme am Sandboarding.
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin der Inseltour wird darauf hingewiesen, dass auf Grund der
Straßenverhältnisse starke Belastungen auf Rücken, Wirbelsäule und Gelenke auftreten können.
Personen mit einschlägigen Vorerkrankungen, sowie Schwangere werden gebeten sich die
Teilnahme an den Touren genau zu überlegen.
2. Haftungsausschluss Bootstouren
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin der Bootstour verzichtet mit Antritt der Fahrt auf jegliche
Haftungsansprüche gegenüber dem Veranstalter bei Verlust oder Beschädigung von
Wertgegenständen sowie bei Personenschäden, die nicht auf ein grob fahrlässiges bzw.
vorsätzliches Handeln des Schiffsführers zurück zu führen sind.
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin befreit den Veranstalter, den Schiffsführer und alle weiteren
beteiligten Personen von jeglicher Haftung (Haftungsfreistellungserklärung) und verzichtet auf die
Möglichkeit einer zivilrechtlichen und strafrechtlichen Auseinandersetzung
(Klageverzichtserklärung). Die Teilnahme erfolgt ausschließlich auf eigene Gefahr. Dies beinhaltet
auch das Baden / Schnorcheln im Meer.
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin der Bootstour wird darauf hingewiesen, dass auf Grund von
Seegang starke Belastungen auf Rücken, Wirbelsäule und Gelenke auftreten können. Personen
mit einschlägigen Vorerkrankungen, sowie Schwangere werden gebeten sich die Teilnahme an
den Touren genau zu überlegen.
3. Verpflichtung
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin verpflichtet sich im Falle mutwilliger Beschädigung oder
Schäden am Fahrzeug oder Boot, der Ausrüstung oder der Ausstattung, die durch vorsätzliches
oder fahrlässiges Verhalten oder Missachtung der Anweisungen des Guides auftreten, die Kosten
für die Instandsetzung / Neubeschaffung in vollem Umfang zu tragen.
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin verpflichtet sich den Instruktionen des Personals Folge zu
leisten.
4. Gesundheitsbezogene Angaben
Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin versichert, dass er / sie gesund ist und sich fähig fühlt, an der
Veranstaltung teilzunehmen. Er / sie erklärt, dass er / sie an keinerlei akuten Erkrankungen –
insbesondere Osteoporose, Erkrankungen, die die Sinneswahrnehmungen deutlich
beeinträchtigen, Wirbelsäule, Herz oder Kniegelenke – leidet, welche bei der Mitfahrt auf dem
Pickup oder dem Boot hinderlich sein können, keine Medikamente eingenommen wurden, die die
Reaktions- und Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit beeinträchtigt und er / sie nicht unter Einfluss von Drogen
steht. Der Alkoholkonsum während der Tour ist in den Grenzen zu halten, dass die Reaktions- und
Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Der Haftungsausschluss gilt ohne Unterschrift vom Teilnehmer / der Teilnehmerin als
akzeptiert.
Zahlungsmodalitäten Insel- und Bootstouren
Zur Garantie Ihrer Reservierung bitten wir um eine Anzahlung von 15 Euro pro Person.
Für die Zahlung der Differenz haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten:
1. Am Tag der Tour nur in BAR in Euro oder Escudos; Umrechnungsfaktor 1 Euro = 110 Escudos; Beispiel 100 Euro = 11.000 Escudos
2. Vorab per Paypal oder Kreditkarte über den Button in Ihrer Bestätigung (spätestens am Tag vor der Tour).
Die Anzahlung von 15 Euro pro Person dient zur Garantie Ihrer Buchung.
Wenn Sie sich bei Buchung für die Option „später zahlen“ entscheiden, sollte die erforderliche Anzahlung bitte innerhalb von 24 Stunden erfolgen.
Sollte Ihnen eine Online-Anzahlung nicht möglich sein, nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt mit uns auf.
Zahlungsmodalitäten Apartments
Zur Garantie Ihrer Reservierung ist eine Anzahlung von 20% erforderlich. Diese kann per PayPal, Kreditkarte oder Überweisung erfolgen.
Die Zahlung des Restbetrages erfolgt am Tag der Anreise vor Ort in bar. Soll die Restzahlung ebenfalls per PayPal oder Kreditkarte erfolgen, erheben wir eine Gebühr von 2,5% auf den offenen Betrag. Die Zahlung kann vorab oder am Tag der Anreise erfolgen.
Stornierungsrichtlinien Insel- und Bootstouren
Sie können Ihre Buchung bis 24 Stunden vor der Tour kostenlos stornieren.
Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden selbstverständlich zurückerstattet.
Weitere Stornobedingungen:
Storno bis zu 12 Stunden vor der Tour: eine Gebühr von 50% des Tourenpreises ist zu zahlen
Storno weniger als 12 Stunden vor der Tour: eine Gebühr von 100% des Tourenpreises ist zu zahlen (abzgl. der Kosten auf der Farm).
Stornierungsrichtlinien Apartments
Bis 7 Tage vor Anreise können Sie kostenfrei stornieren. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden zu 100% zurück erstattet.
Storno bis 4 Tage vor Anreise: es ist eine Stornogebühr von 25% zu leisten.
