Our Holiday Apartment "Ocean Breeze" at Ca Greta

Your holiday accommodation on the outskirts of Sal Rei

Spend your holiday on the Cape Verdean island of Boavista in our newly renovated flat in the small capital Sal Rei.

The flat is located in the ‘Ca Greta’ building on the first floor. The building impresses with its façade clad in natural stone and the beautifully planted entrance area.

The distance to the beach ‘Estoril’ is only 1 minute walk. You can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean all year round on this beach, as there are no high waves or strong currents due to the island in front of it.

Various beach bars are within easy walking distance. They are equipped with sun loungers and parasols and also cater for all your culinary needs.

The first shopping centre is about 5 minutes away. There is also a butcher’s nearby.

There are many restaurants in the town where you can stop for lunch and dinner.

Equipment

Our flat is approx. 70 square metres in size.

The spacious terrace is furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee here, a cosy breakfast or relax in the evening.

The open-plan kitchen/living area is furnished with a cosy sofa (can be converted into a bed), a dining area and a small kitchenette.

A smart TV is also available.

The brand new kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has an electric hob with oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Of course, there is also a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

The bedroom is equipped with a built-in wardrobe that offers enough space for your clothes. The bed, which is also new, measures 1.60 m x 2.00 m.

The bathroom is equipped with WC, bidet, shower and washing machine.

All rooms have natural light, all windows and the large entrance door are fitted with fly screens. In the bedroom and in the kitchen-living area, quiet fans ensure a pleasant room climate even at high temperatures.

The flat is equipped with fast fibre-optic WLAN, which is included in the rental price.
