Transfer & Boarding
Our transfer will collect you from your accommodation in the morning or afternoon and take you directly to the harbour in Sal Rei. Here, you will either board our boat, the ‘Blue Fever’, directly at the jetty or cross over in the dinghy. Once on board, there will be a brief briefing before your fishing adventure can begin.
Bottom fishing just off the coast
On this 3-hour fishing trip, we’ll be using the ‘bottom fishing’ technique. We mainly catch various species of grouper, red mullet and amberjack, though we might even land a moray eel from time to time. This technique is just as suitable for experienced anglers as it is for beginners and children. Upon returning to the harbour, your transfer will be waiting to take you back to your accommodation.
Weather Conditions & Safety
Whenever we head out to sea, we always need to keep an eye on the weather forecast. If very strong winds or high waves are forecast, your trip may need to be cancelled or postponed. As the forecasts here are not always very reliable, cancellations can sometimes be made at very short notice. Your safety and well-being are our top priority. For tours booked well in advance, we always review the situation with you shortly before the date, taking the current weather conditions into account.
Fair and sustainable
The fish caught on your tour will go to the crew. However, your transfer driver or staff at the harbour will also regularly share in the catch. The fish are not sold!
Our boat – your base for the adventure
AL Custom "Blue Fever"
The “Blue Fever” is an AL Custom 21 – a boat specially designed for fishing. It is 7 metres long and fitted with a powerful 150 PS Suzuki outboard motor. There are seating areas at the bow and stern. Our ‘cruising speed’ ranges from 15 to 25 knots, depending on wind and waves. Thanks to the automatic trim system, the boat sits perfectly in the water.
To maintain perfect balance and offer you an authentic fishing experience, the tour is limited to a maximum of 4 people.

For the hotels listed below, we will meet you at the barrier at the entrance to the hotel grounds. For all other accommodation, the meeting point is directly in front of the entrance. Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour – any payment you have already made will be refunded immediately
- Cancellation up to 12 hours before your tour: 50% of the tour price is payable
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before your tour: 100% of the tour price is payable
You should have a strong stomach for this tour. If you’re unsure about your ability to cope with the sea, we recommend taking a travel tablet beforehand.
Please check before the tour begins whether you have received a message from us (by email or WhatsApp). There are days when we have to cancel boat trips due to strong winds and/or high waves. This can happen at very short notice, as the weather forecasts here are not very reliable and a decision can sometimes only be made on the day of the trip.

How can I book a trip?
Once you have decided on a tour, you can reserve your seats online via our booking system. It is very easy and intuitive to use. You assign a password during the booking process. This allows you to log in to our website at any time and easily make changes, payments or, if necessary, cancellations. For most tours, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. For some tours, your booking is initially only an „enquiry“. As soon as the minimum number of participants has been reached, you will also automatically receive your confirmation. For the Big Game Fishing Tour as well as for the Quad and Buggy Tours, simply fill out the form on our website – we will respond very quickly.

What about payment?
